Casita Cabeanca
It all begins with Casita Cabeanca. It's our first guesthouse, lovingly renovated with meticulous attention to detail to restore the original character and charm of this over 100-year-old former stable. It's located in the heart of the charming village of Cabeanca, which lies within the municipality of Ourense, about 15 minutes from the city center. The house features two bedrooms on the first floor, both with lovely garden views, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a small balcony. The ground floor comprises a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room. French doors lead to the beautiful garden with a dining area, fire pit, and adventure playground. The house is ideally situated for exploring the area around the thermal spa town of Ourense, whether on foot, by bicycle, car, or public transport. Narrow alleyways are typical of Galician villages.
The alley to the house is narrow, but a normal car can easily get through. Just close your eyes and go for it!
By train and bus
Ourense is easily accessible by train from all directions. In Ourense, bus number 13 departs from the A Ponte station. Unfortunately, the stops are not indicated on the bus. Please ask the driver for the Cabeanca stop. The bus stop is located at the very end of the alley where the house is situated.
Casitas en Obras
Casita Cabeanca is the first house we are offering. However, it will not be the only one.
In order to expand our offerings and respond flexibly to guest requests, a pitch with electricity and bathroom for campervans and small caravans and a cozy little cabin for 2 people in the romantic garden are planned on the property in Cabeanca.
We are especially excited about our small vineyard "Fontelas" on the banks of the Rio Miño in Chantada. The small bodega will accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Until then, we will be serving aperitifs or barbecues.
